- Each guest included in the reservation must send the host a photo of their ID before the check-in date. The host is required to email all guest IDs to the front desk so check-in and building access can be authorized.

- Upon arrival, the front desk team will verify every guest's identification and issue a key FOB. This FOB provides access to the building, condo, and shared amenities. Guests will also receive a complimentary parking card for the garage located across the street.

- At departure, guests must complete checkout with the front desk and return the key FOB.

- Lost key FOBs are subject to a $50 replacement fee.

- Lost parking cards are subject to a $100 replacement fee.
