Your unit has been intentionally curated, prioritizing functional style, character, splashes of rich colors, and the comfortable ease of use. Lush live greenery, custom art, and hand-selected pieces from around the world fill the space. The master bedroom includes a comfy queen-size bed and huge closets. An open living/dining space makes for excellent hosting. A dedicated workspace features a convertible standing desk and ergonomic chair. Have coffee or lunch on our balcony as you admire the Miami skyline of Biscayne Bay or see the view from every part of the unit.

As a guest of our place, you'll have access to the beautiful pools (rooftop saltwater or lap pool), jacuzzi, and well-equipped gym. There is also a Peloton Bike and weights in the unit if you'd prefer to workout privately instead!

There is one bathroom with a shower and bathtub with strong water pressure. It is fully stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, soap, sunscreen, toothpaste & brushes, and a hairdryer, with extra plush towels. Find additional pillows, sheets, and towels in the bedroom closets.

The cozy living room has amazing views and a large 72" HD Smart TV!! It is a great place to relax or entertain. Use the high-speed internet to access Netflix, Prime, Spotify, and many more apps that are on the TV. Or relax with a good read from our library. Games and puzzles can be found in the console under the TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, french press, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, microwave, and more. And everything you need to cook and bake. You can go to nearby grocery stores and cook yourself a fresh meal, or even meal plan with all the storage we have if you’d rather not eat out.

There is also a washer and dryer in-suite and hypoallergenic detergent for you to use if needed right by the door.

AMAZING central downtown Miami location, you don’t need a car and can walk or uber quickly to virtually anywhere. Street parking all around the block if you do choose to have a car.
