The Space:

This spacious waterfront apartment at The Grand offers a refined balance of comfort, light, and panoramic Biscayne Bay views. Designed to accommodate up to 6 adults plus 3 children (see house rules), it’s an excellent choice for families and group stays.



The primary bedroom is bright and serene, featuring a plush king-size bed, generous closet space, and direct access to the balcony — perfect for waking up to open bay views and Miami’s skyline. The additional queen bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with hotel-style bedding, and ample storage, creating calm, private retreats for family or friends.



At the heart of the apartment is a modern open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with premium stainless-steel appliances, sleek cabinetry, and all essentials for cooking and entertaining.



The large furnished balcony is a standout feature, offering sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, nearby islands, and the Miami skyline.



Two contemporary bathrooms feature modern finishes, glass-enclosed showers, a deep soaking tub, and a spa-like experience.

Guest Access:

The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters — whether it’s relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.



The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations and major venues — making it a practical base for exploring the city, attending large events, or simply relaxing and enjoying your stay.

Getting Around:

Getting around Miami from Edgewater is simple and convenient, whether you’re here for work, leisure, or a bit of both.

Rideshare & Public Transit:



Lyft and Uber are readily available, and complimentary public transportation options like the Trolley and Miami Metromover make exploring the city easy. We especially recommend the Metromover for quick trips to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods.



Parking:

Short stays (under 21 days): Valet parking is available at the building for $48/day, payable directly to the building.



Long stays (21 days or more): Residential parking can be arranged for $160 for the entire stay. Requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in.



Please note:

Valet garage height limit: 6’6” (suitable for most large SUVs, but not trucks or vans).



Motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, or vehicles requiring electric charging cannot be accommodated.



Limited street parking is available nearby if your vehicle exceeds the height restriction.



Car Rentals: For added convenience, an Enterprise rental car desk is located in the building’s retail lobby.

BOOKING RULES

After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.



Must-Read Before Booking:

***Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.

***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES

Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 6 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement



NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.



CHECK-IN

Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.



CHECK-OUT

Standard check-out time is 11 AM.



LUGGAGE STORAGE

Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.



MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT

If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.



LOST ITEMS

We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.



PARKING RULES

*** Valet is the only available option - (unlimited In/out) - Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. For 10+ nights please inquire



BUILDING RULES

-VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.

Our building is currently undergoing renovations that includes main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. This is part of an enhancement project to improve overall guest experience in the long run. While we’re excited about these upgrades, your stay may be impacted in the following ways:



*** Noise: Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.

*** The Main Lobby will be closed. Temporary, clearly marked pathways will provide safe access.

*** Front Drop-Off Unavailable: The Front Motor Lobby will be inaccessible. Ride shares and drop-offs may be slightly less convenient.

*** Garage & Elevators: The residential garage is fully operational. Residential elevators will no longer stop at the main lobby level . Only service elevators will access the ground receiving area.

*** Mail & Packages: To minimize traffic in the service elevators, Residents can request in-unit delivery by calling the package room.

*** Guest Check-In: We will provide updated self-check-in instructions to ensure a smooth arrival.



Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:



***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Sparse in Everything

Ran out of towels, ran out of soap, ran out of paper towels, didn't have hand towels, didn't have kitchen towels, only had 4 mugs for a place that houses 6 people. These properties should be better. It's not really a "home away from home" if it doesn't even have enough mugs for our morning tea.The bathrooms were dirtier than I'd prefer.
