The Space:
With generous living areas, two comfortable bedrooms, and an expansive private balcony, it’s the perfect home base for up to 6 adults plus 3 children (see house rules).

The third bedroom is an enclosed room, offering additional privacy for guests.
The bathrooms provide clean, modern finishes and ample counter space for longer stays.

Guest Access:
The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters — whether it’s relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.
The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.

Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
