The Space:

LOCATION: Just 10 minutes by car from South Beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shopping, this property is ideally located so you can experience the best of Miami with ease.



FREE PARKING: Two complimentary parking spaces are provided at the back of the house on 22nd Terrace. Please do not leave valuables in the vehicle.



CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available if guests aren't departing and arriving on the same day. Please inquire at the time of booking.



LUGGAGE STORAGE: We've partnered with Stasher, which has a luggage storage facilities at 1501 Biscayne Blvd #501, just 8 blocks away. They are open from 9AM-10PM every day except Sunday, and charge $5 per bag all day.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (400-piece culinary set) and has a full line of appliances. The indoor dining table has seating for 8 while the outdoor dining table has seating for 12. Dinnerware and glassware for 18 is included.



POOL & HOT TUB: The pool and hot tub are exclusive to this property and not shared with anyone else. Pool and hot tub cleaning occur once a week on a pre-set schedule. The pool measures 18' long, 9' wide, and 52" deep. The pool is not heated and is an above-ground pool with a wooden deck that features a small sitting area for 2 guests.



WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, stair gates, 18 beach towels, free high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Other todler-friendly equipment is available upon request.
