The Club at Brickell offers a luxurious stay with complimentary Wi-Fi and air-conditioned accommodations. Indulge in delicious meals at our on-site restaurant and unwind with a drink at our vibrant bar. For your convenience, private parking is available on-site.

Guest Access:

➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide an extra set for $10 per towel.



➤ All building amenities like pools, hot tubs, gym, game room, and kids' playgrounds are open and available to Airbnb guests. The pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7 am and close at 6 pm.



➤ Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.



The Neighborhood:

American Airlines Arena is 1.7 miles from the apartment, while Vizcaya Museum is 2 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Miami International Airport, 8 miles from The Club at Brickell.



Getting Around:

Brickell train station is only an 8 minute walk away from the place



Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.



➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately, some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ There are security cameras in the common area of the building that record at all times. These are solely in control of building management and the host has no authority over them.



➤ Packages and mail :

The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.



➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
