La Casa di Tiziana is a basic but cozy apartment, for holidays in San Foca, 100 meters from the sea and beach. The holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine and tv, hair-dryer and electric oven.

The basic apartment consists of a living room with air conditioning, sofa and tv, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (a double bedroom and a triple bedroom), 1 full bathroom, 2 balconies. The air conditioning is in the corridor. The washing machine is in the bathroom.

Casa di Tiziana is in San Foca. It`s within walking distance from the
seafront promenade and the beaches. Moreover, it`s close to the main
town amenities.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
