The room was awful, couldnt double lock my room, the top lock broken. the bathtub was plugged - desk chair leather was frayed all around the bottom, the windows were very dirty along with the hall and room rugs. Rhe ones in the room felt moist/wet. The king sized bed sunk in the middle, could not flush the toilet more than once - had to wait for tank to fill at least 20-30 minutes before second flush - maintenance said it could not be fixed unless the whole side of hotel water turning off - they had coffee/tea stand with morning coffee at 10 pm and hot water was cold - asked last time changed - they said morning 😳. The couches in the front all stained - im very disappointed with Expedia as well since that is not the picture that they have online and am disappointed that they do not evaluate their hotels i am assuming because if they evaluated they would not have the pictures they have online. I have photos that you can put online so that people can have a true picture of this hotel. I was told by Expedia that they would ask the hotel for a refund but it was midnight since as soon as we checked in we had to leave for a family outing and we would have had to pay almost double for another hotel along move a child during the night made it difficult for us to move - i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing that was good was the staff - they were very nice and professional. To bad they can get a bad wrap bc of where they work
