"The property is as advertised. It isn’t a 5 star resort but you won’t be paying 5 star prices either. Tom is an excellent host and is very responsive to communications. We were very satisfied with our stay. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive and it is very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could stream our favorite shows by signing in to our accounts with all the apps that are downloaded already. The kids had a blast and when the baby got cranky, mom slept...

"I was very pleased with the condo. It doesn’t have a view of the beach unless you stand out on the balcony on the front, but it’s a very short walk to the to the beach. I felt very comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. It was a fully stocked kitchen, full-size refrigerator. Make sure you use the sand brush before you go in cause sand is everywhere but that’s kinda nice bed was comfortable. I was able to walk down to the beach and watch a rocket launch at 3 AM. No concerns about my safety."

"Everything is perfect the only bad thing I could think of is no spray off water hose when you return from the beach"

"Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. "

"Great spot and such a clean room with literally everything you could need for a stay. The only thing we had trouble with was the outlets, most of them were connected to a light switch which isn’t convenient if you have a CPAP machine. "
