"We were in town for a baseball state tournament. This was a fantastic place to stay for multiple families. This house has been newly updated and is beautiful in the inside. It was a very short distance to the Sportsplex. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house to all those families coming into Live Oak!"

"A nice little getaway for a couple of days - great change of pace.While we didn’t bring children, I could see this an ideal place to bring kids and/or a large family to have plenty of space. Our dog (passed after we booked it) would have loved the ability to roam around in a gated area.Owner was very attentive. A tree fell on the wood bridge to the river right before we arrived and she had it fixed within the hour."

"Sharon was great with communication. The house was fine for what we needed (Just to sleep. We didn't get in the hot tub). Location was easy to find and quiet little area."

"The place was clean, does smell like it hasn’t been used in a while and humid, weird smell. There is a for sale sign in the front, so I’m assuming no one’s been there for a while. Half rolls of toilet paper, we’re 3 half rolls for 6 people. Same as the paper towels. Communication was good. Price might have been too high for the location. Sheets were clean and so was the house."

"This place is great. We stay in Keaton Beach every year. This is the first year we didn't stay on the water with a dock, but I will say this. This property is really close to the ramp; we paid less than we normally do, and the place has more room than the other places we have stayed. I would make two minor suggestions. 1) Mow the yard. 2) Get some more furniture in the living room and maybe add a TV to the primary suite.
