"Superb staff and property "

"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"Hot tub was out of order. What is worse, those darn aircon units in the wall beside the bed. Constantly noisy fan and really noisy when the compressor comes on. Makes sleep difficult. "

"This is a cute little motel. I would say that it is fine for an overnight stay but would be difficult for a longer stay. The place is very clean and you can tell that they work very hard to keep it to work nice. The rooms are not large and the bathrooms are ridiculously small. If you've read reviews about the toilet to be extremely close to the shower, that is accurate but I didn't find it that upsetting. Or room looked nothing like the pictures on the website so that was a bit of a surprise....

"My particular room had a strong moldy/musty smell. I was on the first floor and it was very loud. I left before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. Unfortunately, there was an incident that involved a fire truck and several police cars that occurred late at night which was disruptive and concerning. "The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come...

Make sure you bring your own. Out of date tvs and love seat cushions coming apart A/c worked great its a good unit for larger groups. deck seats comfortable."

"Rooms dirty, all hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner were empty. room was smelly, unable to access beach due to film production. Loud most of night due to film production. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. the check in staff we nice, the check out staff didn't care at all.... "
