Godt hotel
Virkelig et fint hotel. Flot poolområde og lige ved siden af Menara Mall. Receptionist ved ankomst virkede lidt ligeglad. Havde lidt svært ved at kommunikere med tjenerne, der var bedst til fransk. Spiste aftensmad 1 aften på hotellet og var ikke specielt godt. Bestilte bøf medium, var dog helt gennemstegt, og da jeg spurgte tjener om det var medium, var svaret bare ja. Lidt uheldigt at der var fest i baggården, hvor vi havde værelse ud til. Kan dog varmt anbefale hotellet.

Fremragende sted
Super fedt sted med virkelig god placering og service. Vores valg var mellem dette sted og Sofitel. Vi følte vi fik mere for pengene her. Fedt værelse 89 kvm med 2 toiletter og 1 badeværelse med dybt badekar og bobler. Det eneste minus i vores optik er priserne på hotellet. Jeg synes det er for meget at give 50 MAD for en dåsesodavand og 300 MAD for en vandpibe ellers et fremragende sted.

Vi fik et meget dårligt indtryk af hotellet, da der var problemer med indtjekning og reservationen gennem hotels.com Derudover havde vi en dårlig oplevelse i hotellets spa, som også leverede meget dårlig service.

Kedeligt og neutral Samt meget Dyrt hotel
Dørkarmen var i stykker. Et lille skub og man kan komme ind. Vi kontaktede manageren og han ringede til en reparationsmand som aldrig kom og vi ventede i 3 timer. Kæmpe minus. Hotellet er generelt meget neutral og er alt for dyr i forhold til hvad du får. Burde koste det halve. Alt på hotellet koster en formue. En lille vand eller en dåse sodavand koster 50 dirham. Kiosken ved siden af kan du købe den samme lille vandflaske til 1 dirham eller dåsesodavand til 5 dirham. De tager 50 gange prisen. Det er at røvrende folk. Hotellet er proppet med familier hvilket ikke var noget for mig. Beliggenhed 4 ud af 5 stjerner. Pris 1 ud af 5 stjerner. Service 2,5 ud af 5 stjerner. Komfort 3 ud af 5 stjerner. Renhed 3 ud af 5 stjerner. Alt i alt et kedeligt hotel uden nogen form for chame, varme eller autentisk samt ALT FOR DYRT. Der findes mange bedre hoteller til langt billigere penge.

De fysiske rammer er fabelagtige. God beliggenhed. Skønne rummelige værelser og super dejlig pool. Mest påfaldende er et utroligt nærværende, venligt og opmærksomt personale. - Tak for det..... Djævelen ligger som bekendt i detaljen. - Der spilles alt for høj og uvedkommende musik ved poolen. Mest til glæde for DJ'en. Det virker som om man ikke kan finde ud af, om man vil drive en natklub eller et hotel, hvor man tillader gæsterne at slappe af. Vi vil stærkt anbefale hotellet at slukke for musikken. Den er helt gal.....

Fint men pas på jeres penge
Vi fik stjålet penge af stuepigerne og vi kunne ikke bruge pengeskabet da den var låst. Fik vi først afvide efter pengene var stjålet. De kunne ikke gøre noget ved pengenes forsvinden, og der var tale om 10.000 danske kroner. Men når alt kommer til alt var det perfekt lige ud over de penge det blev stjålet.

Me gustó mucho el hotel cerca de Medina pero sin estar todo el tiempo en súper bullicio y mil gentes. El servicio muy bueno, la gente amable. Súper ubicado para acceder a todo. La habitación bien sin ser algo excepcional pero cumple. Súper recomendable. El desayuno muy bueno para estar incluido. Me quedaría de nuevo sin duda.

Beautiful property, just how it looks in the pictures if not better! The rooms are large and well kitted! The customer service is really goo and the breakfast buffet is exquisite and definitely something to look forward to every morning! The location tops off this hotel beautifully as it is right next to a mall which has great dining options and is also walkable to some of the main tourist sites!

Diese ist eine Gut 4 Sterne Hotel. Nur die Essen und Getränke sind 5 Sterne in Preis.Dass Verhältnis passt nich, vergleichen mit Sofitel. Nabu ist sehr grosse unterschied. Viel zu Gross so Kantine mäßig,. Beim Frühstück sehr viel Betrieb. Personal ist Bemüht zwar und sehr Nett kommen aber mit so viele Gäste nicht klar. Anlage selber ist teil Renoviert aber überall wo Teppich ist hat Geruch.

I had a fight with the Concierge who was more focused in selling tours than helping hotel guests. The television kept turning off but they immediately gave us a new one. The water temperature kept switching from hot to cold and vice versa. There is a spa at the hotel but if you just want to use the jacuzzi you have to pay 25 euros. The hotel is beautiful but overall it is not worth the price and there is a lot to be desired. They have an excellent breakfast buffet however.

Overall clean, Servers are all friendly its the front desk that could use some work. Never heard of a hotel that will not let you bring your own food or beverages in the room you paid for, instead they stop you at door and try to make you pay for their overpriced menu. You will constantly be watched like you are breaking rules. Also they will check for marriage and try to make you pay for another room.

Great hotel located outside of Marrakesh but within walking distance of centre. Lovely pools and decor. Staff were always courteous.

We had an amazing family trip, the facilities were excellent and nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff all of who were very friendly

Exactly as described. The service was amazing, the room clean and bigger than expected. The boys loved the choice of 6 pools. Obviously the outdoor ones were pretty cold but it’s February, and the indoor ones were great. The choice of restaurants and poolside menu were great and overall very good value for money - some welcome winter sun and a great half term option.
