"Sono stati gentilissimi, arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato un upgrade ad una suite !!! avevamo dimenticato una felpa in camera e 2 giorni dopo, quando ce ne siamo accorti, e abbiamo telefonato, hanno trovato la soluzione per farcela arrivare a Tirana prima del nostro volo , e si sono pure preoccupati a telefonare per assicurarsi che tutto sia andato bene, oltre qualsiasi aspettativa !!! "Great small little hotel. Great service, one example; they follow you up to your room, shows you around, gives info about the place, and offer a free Turkish bath. Only downside is minor things like the housekeeping forgot to stock toiletpaper in our room and therefore we had to get it from the reception. Same goes for towels - they removed the old onces, but forgot to restock. No big issue though. Breakfast is good, sure not like a Merriot, Four Seasons etc, but for its size good with plenty of...

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and overall, it was a great experience. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning view â truly breathtaking and something youâd expect to see on a postcard. Waking up to that scenery each morning was a real treat and added so much to the overall atmosphere of the trip.
While my expectations going in were slightly higher, I still found the stay to be enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were very kind, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. They went out of their way to offer assistance, whether it was calling a cab, answering questions about local attractions, or providing other helpful services. Their attentiveness definitely helped enhance the experience.
A special shout-out goes to the receptionist, a young lady who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Her professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine hospitality made us feel well taken care of and added a personal touch that didnât go unnoticed.
The local area was also a big plus â the people were friendly and the environment felt safe and relaxed. As for the food, it was tasty and fresh, though the variety was somewhat limited. If youâre someone who enjoys a wide range of options, that might be something to keep in mind.
