"Absolutely loved it at the villa. It is off the beaten track so you need to keep that in mind. We relied on the public transport to get there and back from Sarande and then used the lovely local taxi man. He was brilliant.

Vi savnede en mere imĂždekommende velkomst. F.eks. en venlig âvelkommenâ og tilbud om at benytte faciliteterne, indtil vĂŠrelset var klar â sĂ„dan som man ofte oplever pĂ„ hoteller i samme kategori. Receptionen er meget lille, og vi blev ikke tilbudt noget at drikke ved ankomst, hvilket havde vĂŠret rart i varmen.
RengĂžring og fĂŠllesarealer
Hotellet fremstĂ„r meget pĂŠnt og rent. Personalet gĂžr rent hele dagen â isĂŠr udendĂžrsarealerne bliver passet godt pĂ„, hvilket giver et godt indtryk. Det er tydeligt, at der ligger en natklub pĂ„ hotellet, og det giver god mening, at rengĂžringen starter tidligt om morgenen.
StrandomrÄdet
Vi var meget tilfredse med servicen pĂ„ stranden. Der er mange medarbejdere, og det er nemt at bestille mad og drikke â og det bliver serveret hurtigt. Personalet her var sĂŠrligt venlige og opmĂŠrksomme.
VĂŠrelset
Hotellet er bygget op af flere forskellige âkasserâ, hvilket gĂžr, at vĂŠrelser og altaner varierer meget. Vi var heldige og var rigtig glade for bĂ„de vores vĂŠre"

VÊrelserne var enkle, men der var det, som der var brug for. Charmerede restaurant, morgenmaden var lokal og helt frisklavet. Indehaver og personale var enormt imÞdekommende, hjÊlpsomme og servicemindede. Vi fik hjÊlp og gode anbefalinger til oplevelser i lokalomrÄdet. Et superhyggeligt hotel, som vi meget gerne besÞger igen!"

While my expectations going in were slightly higher, I still found the stay to be enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were very kind, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. They went out of their way to offer assistance, whether it was calling a cab, answering questions about local attractions, or providing other helpful services. Their attentiveness definitely helped enhance the experience.
A special shout-out goes to the receptionist, a young lady who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Her professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine hospitality made us feel well taken care of and added a personal touch that didnât go unnoticed.
The local area was also a big plus â the people were friendly and the environment felt safe and relaxed. As for the food, it was tasty and fresh, though the variety was somewhat limited. If youâre someone who enjoys a wide range of options, that might be something to keep in mind.
Cleanliness was clearly a priority at this property. Everything was tidy, well-kept, and maintained to a high standard, which really helped "
