"Our stay was wonderful. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook. We used the oven and the fire alarm went off when we would open the oven door but there wasn’t any smoke being emitted. No shampoo or conditioner was supplied but it’s ok because we brought our own. I would stay here again though because it was a very nice place and in a great location "

"* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

"The perfect location for our stay in and around Venice/Santa Monica. The communication with Franco and Iris was suburb. We felt extremely welcomed. Street parking was never an issue. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The backyard is awesome. So relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but will next time. Having access to the washer/dryer was a great convenience. Only a 15 minute drive to Santa Monica beaches, shopping and restaurants. 6 minute drive to the beach town...

"We really enjoyed our recent stay in this adorable property. We knew it would be cozy for our family of 4 - our 'kids' are 18 and 20, and both around 6 feet tall, so we were all full-grown adults. My husband and I took the futon to allow the kids more room with the larger bed, and I have to admit the futon was VERY comfortable. The host was very responsive, and the property was clean and in a fantastic location. Very close to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops on Abbott Kinney. ...

"We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house...
