Close to the 405 and airport, but with it you do get noise from those and a train, and if visiting during the holidays the neighbors will have parties, but that's normal. We were only there to sleep basically. Things seemed clean, but our white socks got pretty dark on the bottom from the floors so they might need a better clean. The glasses in the cabinet had lots of smears and finger prints, so we had to wash before use. I...

"This is a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and secure. The location was no more than a half an hour from LAX and even shorter to the beach. Parking was free and in the driveway. Friendly host!"
