"What a great spot! The house was super convenient for our family of 4 and small dog to go to the beach and walk the strand. We brought our own beach chairs and tent, but this place actually had everything that we would have needed! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and all the essentials for cooking dinners. We walked to downtown via the strand - about a 25 minute walk from the house - to eat as well. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to hang out when not out and about."

"* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

"The perfect location for our stay in and around Venice/Santa Monica. The communication with Franco and Iris was suburb. We felt extremely welcomed. Street parking was never an issue. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The backyard is awesome. So relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but will next time. Having access to the washer/dryer was a great convenience. Only a 15 minute drive to Santa Monica beaches, shopping and restaurants. 6 minute drive to the beach town...
