"We arrived at approximately 4:00pm to check in and were met with an awkward reaction. For some reason this hotel has checkin only at 9:00pm, and we missed that note during booking. They made an exception and accommodated us as an exception. Never heard of a hotel only allowing checkin as of 9:00pm. "Det ligger som en afkørsel på en motorvej så du kan ikke forlade hotellet uden bil. Og det er langt fra centrum, selvom der står 16 km tager det rigtig 40 min hvis ikke mere at komme til centrum grundet deres vejnet og trafik. Det er et lidt slidt gammelt hotel og maden i restauranten er virkelig dårlig. "

"It’s a great place to stay at e.g. having a bed. The people at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us getting a bit earlier into our rooms, recommending an upgrade. Turned out to be not very costly and worth every penny. Don’t choose this place for the restaurant or bar. This was unfortunately below the standards of the amount of stars that this hotel has. So I can recommend it for the central location. Can be bit noisy at times, but it’s not too bad. We had a room facing the square and metro station. Sleep here. Eat and drink elsewhere. A bit of context to the bar and restaurant. Bar wasn’t opened or rather there were no staff present. Not very good drinks. Ordered a Negroni, being in Italy you should think that they could make you a proper one, which to my opinion was not the case. A bit pricey on the quality. The restaurant, where to start; service was not really that great. Not everything on the menu was available for either the food or the wine list. Breakfast was ok if you get there early. We got there 8:20 AM and there were almost nothing there. The scramble eggs, supposedly would be there in three minutes. Which was the standard answer, even when asking second time after my initial question 5 minutes before. Dinner was not a great experience. Nothing on the menu looks like anything that they are advertising on the screen in the lounge area. Neither the plating or presentation of the food is associating it with fine dining as they claim it is."

Dog efter der kom andre lokale gæster blev de forfordelt og al service røg. Vi fik lov til at spise morgenmad efter alle andre selvom vi kom før dem, samt i poolen havde de også fordelsret, og vi måtte derfor flere gange forlade pool området grundet chikane fra børn og voksne, der ikke blev gjort noget ved fra hotellets side. Ellers var det pæne og rene værelser. Dog var vandet i bruseren ikke altid varmt og afløbet kæmpede for at følge med. "
