"It’s full of Pale 16 year old boys from northern England away from their moms for the first or 2nd time , lacking class in any possible way. on top of that , the receptionist are unwilling to consider late check outs and seems like they haven’t been Hyatt trained . hotel and rooms are fine , the breakfast is 2 out of 6 stars , always measure a hotel breakfast by their quality of juice . this is the most synthetic juice in all variations I have ever tried! "

"In 7 days we only had cleaning 1 time. And the same sheets all week. Dead insects on the floor was not cleaned. I had to tell the reception that noone cleaned. We were three persons. On arrival only two pillows. After the one cleaning they only left two towels. The hotel is old and worn down. The pool was really dirty the first day but got better.
