Andujar's design is evocative of the calm and open atmosphere of the grassland. Resting at the heart of Madrid's Trafalgar neighborhood, this special, 3-bedroom property is the perfect place to take in the natural greenery of Plaza Olavide and soak up the Spanish culture.

The open living and dining area is both elegantly and comfortably furnished, making the apartment really feel like home. The pastel colors combine beautifully with the wooden furniture and plants to create a beautiful, artful design. The fully-equipped kitchen is separated by a gorgeous breakfast bar, with stylish wooden stools and a sleek, marble countertop.

All 3 of the bedrooms are uniquely designed, 2 are doubles, and 1 has its own workstation, and leads out onto the terrace. The vast terrace is the jewel in Andujar’s crown. A large dining area is complete with decked flooring, and the lounge area with soft grass. The terrace benefits from plenty of sunshine, and a shaded area to keep guests cool in the hot Spanish summers.

Andujar has 2 modern bathrooms for convenience, and is the perfect combination of form and function.

Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and living room.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
