"This is our second time staying here. We were super sad to see the cabin was for sale since there’s a good possibility new owners may not use it as a rental. Our son goes to Colby and we fell in love with this cabin and decided there was no need to look for another for the next 3 years of his schooling if we didn’t need to. I guess we will wait to see. "Classic Maine camp, with an interesting history, in a great location. Water access on both sides of the property was a big plus. Comfortable, cozy, and quiet. "

"We had a beautiful week in Smithfield. The main house was a great place for our family dinners,for our family of 18. There's everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. The lake was warm but very shallow. Great area for hiking as well. We even went rollerskating next-door."

"Lovely little cabin on a lake. No frills just quiet! Bed very comfortable. Hot water in shower. Dishes and accessories all provided. Only additions could be a coffee maker. French press was there but I was looking for a regular drip pot. Some better assortment of games might be nice too. Playing Clue with only 2 people is a little pointless!! 😂😂😂 Country Deli on the corner was great for coffee and sandwiches. Less than a mile up the road. "

"This is our fourth stay and we love it here: excellent location, quiet, clear lake and amazing views from the master bedroom. The owner has replaced the floors and some of the appliances (dishwasher, washer and dryer). The house is also super clean and comfortable.
