"Our stay here was magical! Communication with David was a breeze from the start. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! You will think you stepped into a "Maine Cottages" magazine. It is well equipped, and was capable of hosting our "Lobstah Boil" with 20 guests, a live Jazz Saxophonist & a keyboard player! "The property is beautiful and the hosts are kind and welcoming, ensured privacy, were responsive to needs. It was summertime and particialty hot for the area a few days and they gave us advice on keeping it comfortable but it did hit 80 degrees in the living area, while the AC kept the bedroom cool. There are bugs, it cant be helped so if you cant handle ants and spiders think twice. There was soap scum in the bathroom but otherwise it felt very clean. "Overall excellent property. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids. The check-in was easy with the host meeting us at the gate and showing us around. The cottage was clean, cozy and as advertised. There are a million things to do near by (within 10 minutes driving) including beautiful beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Families should know that only 1 of 3 pools is accessible to minors but the family pool was great. It was big, clean and had plenty of toys. Having a car is a must. This is not...
