"Aside from no heat/hot water for first day, group of 4 adults enjoyed. Also, no carafe in coffee pot but Rep from Vacasa brought a new coffeemaker upon arrival to check and find that propane was empty. I think anymore than 4 adults would be somewhat cramped. Would rent again but feel Vacasa should offer some type of a credit for the heat/hot water inconvenience."

"We have stayed at several properties at Point Sebago and this one was the best. The cabin was clean, updated and had all the conveniences of home! We had a minor issue with the grill tank and Tom happened to be up there and came and helped us right out. It was a quiet neighborhood which we truly appreciated.
