"I really enjoyed my stay. It was extremely comfortable. There were only a few hiccups. Diego and Yukiery were very accommodating at the front desk but I was given paper to sign that was in Spanish. I had to ask for the manager before getting it in English. I wasn't given a welcome drink when I checked in on Monday, but when I checked out on Thursday, guest were given welcome drinks. I was greeted with a cool towel which was nice.

"This resort was everything the reviews I read before booking said. It was an excellent experience all around and the staff was very helpful and made the experience fun and truly felt like a vacation. We had a billing mishap at one point, and the manager stepped in and fixed it for us in a very fair way. I really appreciated him. And the butler service really was helpful for everything from getting advil when we needed it to setting up appointments."

"What an amazing experience. We went to celebrate 2 of our friends 40th & 50th bday. We were a group of 10 people. We just got back and it was a soft opening with low occupancy. The hotel and staff wowed us! Beautiful and top of the line resort, liquor and food. At the pool surged us Giselle. She went over and beyond to meet our wants and needs. "we stayed in building 16 with a swim up pool and the room was great and clean. Angela was our expedia concierge and she was amazing. She got us reservations every night and was always messaging me to see if we needed any snacks in the room or absolutely anything. Our stay was great and despite bad reviews it was perfect. Food was great for what it was, it’s a buffet at an all inclusive . The restaurants were great Hunter and Rio brazilian grill was great. The lazy river swim up pool was the best...
