L'endroit est situé loin de Bavaro et Punta Cana, les Uber ne veulent pas nécessairement se rendre à la Ceiba. Il n'y a pas des restos proches pour manger, seulement des petites places locales. C'est ok important à savoir si vous choisissez cet endroit."

"My family loved Ocean El Faro. Our concierge Miguel Garrido was a great host/guide. He arranged all our dinners and he helped us check out promptly. We enjoyed eating at the burger bar. The kids loved the splash pad. The beach and the lazy river. They enjoyed dancing in the sqaure every night. We had a wonderful experience. "

The sushi and hibachi was just ok, but we loved everything else. No stomach issues either. We would come back in a heartbeat. I want to try a swimout room next! We stayed facing Breathless, and we did hear some noise. Nothing too bad for us though. "

"This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. "The pools were great. Depending on the vibe you wanted there was a pool for everyone from the more relaxed pool, to the party pool, to the lively swim up bar pool with water volleyball nearby. The rooms were nice. Everything amenity you needed was there. Fully stocked fridge with water, pop and beers. The hand steamer was a great alternative to an iron. The patio jet tubs were quite run down. Covers falling of, broken nobs, leaking/cracked tub. The water temp was finicky and tough to get right...

"Some of the reviews we've seen about this resort made us nervous but our experience traveling from Canada with an 8 year old and a 5 year old was very positive.
