"Worst hotel experience ever!!! They do not have a clue as to what 5 star service requires. Got locked out of my room and missed important meetings. Hotel management was arrogant and no compensation was given - other than a complimentary night “next time”. Well, there won’t be a next time for me in this hotel!"

Close to Msheireb metro station, and not far from Mia park where you can enjoy the waterfront and Doha’s impressive skyline. Beautiful surroundings with lots of restaurants/cafes.

"The Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are a series 8-9 of hotels all in one. We stayed at Al-Mirqab and although we were a bit surprised as we didn't know of the multiple hotel system prior to our stay, the staff were all so nice and helped us a lot in terms of our stay. Overall a fresh and new concept which we ended up loving quite a lot. The staff were all so so nice, we specifically want to thank Saleem (our solid coffee expert) and Anwar, also so so many other of the staff whom I cannot remember...
"Fantastic stay, unfortunately only for 1 day. The staff really know what customer service and hospitality is and the place is pure luxury. The bed was one of the comfiest ones I’ve ever slept in. The rooftop pool is ideal to top up your tan and relax if you can bear the heat!"

Malik the front desk manager even gave me extension of my noon check out due to my later flight schedule. From being greated at the front desk to how the room was prepared as we celebrated our 20 years anniversary they had put so many fantastic details to celebrate us and cake and rose petals on the bed and sweet letter for us and our son and greetings and gifts for him as well. Alwadi Hotel Doha - MGallery offers a perfect location, excellent facilities, and outstanding staff. The service was top-notch, and the overall experience was very positive.
However, the only downside was the breakfast, which was quite poor and did not meet expectations. Improving the breakfast selection and quality would make this hotel truly exceptional.
Despite this, I would still recommend it for its great location and excellent hospitality."

Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom did not appear properly cleaned, which was disappointing. While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and overall luxury experience to truly meet five-star expectations."
