"Worst hotel experience ever!!! They do not have a clue as to what 5 star service requires. Got locked out of my room and missed important meetings. Hotel management was arrogant and no compensation was given - other than a complimentary night “next time”. Well, there won’t be a next time for me in this hotel!"

"The Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are a series 8-9 of hotels all in one. We stayed at Al-Mirqab and although we were a bit surprised as we didn't know of the multiple hotel system prior to our stay, the staff were all so nice and helped us a lot in terms of our stay. Overall a fresh and new concept which we ended up loving quite a lot. The staff were all so so nice, we specifically want to thank Saleem (our solid coffee expert) and Anwar, also so so many other of the staff whom I cannot remember...
"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious. The location is phenomenal. Short walk to Souq Waqif and the Gold Souq. Close to Msheireb metro station, and not far from Mia park where you can enjoy the waterfront and Doha’s impressive skyline. Beautiful surroundings with lots of restaurants/cafes.
The hotel in itself is beautiful and clean. But what really makes this hotel standout is the wonderful and helpful staff. We are definitely coming back. "

From being greated at the front desk to how the room was prepared as we celebrated our 20 years anniversary they had put so many fantastic details to celebrate us and cake and rose petals on the bed and sweet letter for us and our son and greetings and gifts for him as well. Malik the front desk manager even gave me extension of my noon check out due to my later flight schedule. Joel the Van driver is very personable and took good care of my trip back to the airport: I stayed 3 days and wish stayed more. Convenient to Souk Waqif and the Pearl of Doha monument. Alwadi Hotel Doha - MGallery offers a perfect location, excellent facilities, and outstanding staff. The service was top-notch, and the overall experience was very positive.
However, the only downside was the breakfast, which was quite poor and did not meet expectations. Improving the breakfast selection and quality would make this hotel truly exceptional.
Despite this, I would still recommend it for its great location and excellent hospitality."
