"Worst hotel experience ever!!! They do not have a clue as to what 5 star service requires. Got locked out of my room and missed important meetings. Hotel management was arrogant and no compensation was given - other than a complimentary night “next time”. Well, there won’t be a next time for me in this hotel!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious. The location is phenomenal. Short walk to Souq Waqif and the Gold Souq. Close to Msheireb metro station, and not far from Mia park where you can enjoy the waterfront and Doha’s impressive skyline. Beautiful surroundings with lots of restaurants/cafes. The hotel in itself is beautiful and clean. But what really makes this hotel standout is the wonderful and helpful staff. We are definitely coming back. "

"The Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are a series 8-9 of hotels all in one. We stayed at Al-Mirqab and although we were a bit surprised as we didn't know of the multiple hotel system prior to our stay, the staff were all so nice and helped us a lot in terms of our stay. Overall a fresh and new concept which we ended up loving quite a lot. The staff were all so so nice, we specifically want to thank Saleem (our solid coffee expert) and Anwar, also so so many other of the staff whom I cannot remember...

"Fantastic stay, unfortunately only for 1 day. The staff really know what customer service and hospitality is and the place is pure luxury. The bed was one of the comfiest ones I’ve ever slept in. The rooftop pool is ideal to top up your tan and relax if you can bear the heat!"

"We had an amazing stay! We wanted to extend with one night but unfortunately due to high occupancy it was not possible but we really appreciated all the great service from awesome staff at the hotel. Super sweet, helpful and nice hotel staff! Thanks to all and especially Yassine, Eman, Bassit, Ali, Imran, Sharif, and rest of you we cannot remember your names but thanks to all of you! You made our stay memrable and we will definitely come back! Our children also enjoyed staying here :) great...

"We stayed at Rixos for a week (May to June 2025) and it was great, the rooms were clean and the service was fantastic, especially from Manoj, Qaisar and Oye. I would highly recommend it for families and i would stay here again."

"This hotel was absolutely stunning!!! We enjoyed every part of it! From being greated at the front desk to how the room was prepared as we celebrated our 20 years anniversary they had put so many fantastic details to celebrate us and cake and rose petals on the bed and sweet letter for us and our son and greetings and gifts for him as well. Room service was good. Room was amazing. Breakfast buffet was perfect - enjoyed all the food there, nicely prepared and presented and how beautifully...

"The staff at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli were very kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the souq. However, the overall experience did not live up to a five-star standard. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom did not appear properly cleaned, which was disappointing. While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and overall luxury experience to truly meet five-star expectations."

"Dejligt ophold med et stort rummeligt værelse( 2 store single senge). Hotellet er rent og bekvemt. Super venligt personale, som har gjort opholdet behageligt. Service har været top og omhyggeligt. Hotellet ligger tæt på alt med bil. Nemt at transportere sig med UBER( med egen App) fra hotellet til overkommelige priser. Gratis vand, The/ kaffe og elkedel på værelset, hvilket var super. Kan varmt anbefales! "
