Turned out the metal box in the door frame was not properly cut so it blocked the deadbolt from fully engaging. A little persuasion got it secured."

I appreciate the small things like ownership and accountability.
We were located within tons of restaurants and activities as well as public transportation. We used Lyft once to eat at a restaurant suggested by locals. "
