"I didn’t end up staying here because the host canceled just a few hours before check-in. This happen after I reached out to ask for check-in details. I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. "The place was simple, clean, good heating and amenities such as fridge, coffee maker (tho only one pod for 2 nite stay. Thin walls so i could hear everything in main house but that was fine. Host was prompt in answers tho i kept getting them in spanish!? Would certainly come again. "

"The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul."
