Favorithotel i London
Virkelig godt hotel, med fantastisk service, lige fra man træder ud af taxaen ved ankomst og til man rejser igen. Altid smilende og høfligt personale, som altid er parat til at hjælpe og servicere. Rigtig gode senge og hovedpuder, og badeværelset mangler intet. Jeg nyder at komme på dette hotel, da jeg ikke behøver at medbringe alle mine plejeprodukter hjemmefra.

Super central placering. Værelset var stort og dejligt men lidt slidt. Morgenmaden er super men i weekenden var der alt for mange mennesker og der var ikke plads til alle og ikke styr på noget.

Perfect location for a weekend in London
Wonderful stay, excellent service and great location. The gym was well equipped which was great. From arrival until checkout the service was impeccable. We will for sure come back!

Skuffende oplevelse
Fredag og lørdag aften var lobby omdannet til noget det mest af alt lignede en natklub. Det betød høj musik (kunne høres på vores værelse på 7sal) og gæster udefra samt er utal af prostituerede unge kvinder. Er kun glad for vi og vores venner ikke havde valgt at tage vores børn med til London denne weekend. Hotellet er generelt slidt og ikke 5 stjerner værdigt. Morgenmad er ok og ligeså træningsfaciliteter i kælderen. Vi er generelt skuffede over opholdet og kommer der ikke igen.

We had requested 3 rooms together and it was an horrendous experience waiting for the rooms to be arranged. Also, the rate for the twin connecting room was higher than the larger room. We believe the hotel OVERCHARGED us for the 3 rooms booked.. one for 5 nights and the other 2 for 3 nights each.

This property calls itself a 5 star hotel. We were grossed out with this hotel. Upon check in I asked for a room upgrade. Mentioned in advance via email that I had an allergy to carpets. They did not change my room. In fact upon check in I was told by Jon that I was getting a new room with new carpet. The room was in a congested smoking area. The carpet was so dirty and old. looked like 200 years of people have trampled through there. It retained a terrible smell and the windows were locked. You can't get any air. I coughed and choked every night. I tried to get another hotel but because it was last minute the prices to stay anywhere else was tripled. When I called and asked to be changed they never returned my calls or when they finally did they said they are fully booked, I am back home in Canada and my allergies have gone crazy. Furthermore the hotel gives you 2 free drinks in the lounge. I went to the lounge and ordered water before deciding what I want and the staff were too rude. Apparently this bar is known for working girls,. I will never recommend this dirty disgusting hotel to anyone who is paying top dollar. This hotel is misleading as it's truly a 2 star hotel.

Het ontbijt viel erg tegen voor die prijs. Weinig keus en er werd te langzaam bijgevuld. Geen rekening gehouden met de drukte. Verder in het restaurant was de keuze voor de muziek vreselijk en veel te hard. Je kon geen conversatie voeren met elkaar. Mij is opgevallen dat 1 dag de kamer niet i schoongemaakt, alleen het bed was opgemaakt en met een doekje door de wasbak maar verder niets. Het toilet was zeker niet schoongemaakt. IK vind dat dit niet mag in een 5* hotel.

We stayed in one of the craziest rooms ever. Glass bathroom doors, a tiny shower with no curtain and with less than an inch high drain pan, which meant the floor flooded every time you showered, no wastebasket in the bathroom, the open closet was in the bathroom right next to the toilet. I have no idea who designed this room but no person from the hotels management could ever have tried to use it.
