I was not offered any of the gold member VIP rewards that they claim to offer. When I inquired later about a later checkout they denied my request until I told them that I was entitled to it as a gold vip member. Generally sullen service at the front desk. Not impressed.

Great location and good food, hotel a bit boring
Great location and the service was good as well. Very delicious breakfast.
The hotel however looked a bit old and you get a feeling of unfinished decor. The standard was okay, would however expect a bit more luxury feeling in the room and at the hotel in general when booking a 4-5 star hotel at this price.
Would probably stay again due to the location and if the price is good, but would prefer other hotels over this

Vi opgraderede værelset for 86 pund Per nat, så fik vi en større seng- og værelse. Sengen var to enkeltmandssenge, der var slået sammen. De blev ved med at falde fra hinanden. Ikke lige det vi forventede. Utroligt ærgerligt da personalet og servicen var virkelig fin.

We loved our stay at St. Martin's Lane Hotel. It is located centrally to so many attractions and close to several Underground stations making it very easy to get around town and back to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff very friendly. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

No upgrade, amenity or dining discount was offered. We were told there was ‘no room’ in the cocktail lounge at 9:30, after being directed to it. Turned away. We made a complaint and they offered to send a bottle of champagne to the room. They never did. I called to remind them an hour later. They apologized tor ‘the miscommunication’ and said they’d send it straight away. They did not. Message received.

Perfect location for a London visit. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms are looking a little old now and could do with a refresh. For example the books don't close now so literally office workers can look into the room from their desks. They used to work

Really lovely hotel, very conveniently located near Covent Garden and next to the Coliseum.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

St Martins Lane is elegant in all ways: the team, the rooms and the service. Also the location, despite being in such a busy part of London, is private and quiet which is lovely.

Best possible location for theater-goers. Excellent location all around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn’t care for the constant music, especially bec of the repetitive bass on all music that was played. Room was quite small, but adequate. Very modern decor. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed with this property. The first time around the room was very spacious with 2 double beds, small sitting area, higher floors etc. This time the experience was very different. The room was small, dingy, right above an alleyway so was very noisy and the windows were against a brick wall and facing the windows of other building. So we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Making the room very dark and claustrophobic. There was barely any room to keep our luggage. I m not even sure how they sell this room to a family of four. Lastly our flight reach London in the morning and we had requested an early check in while we booked the room and by a separate email. B ut the hotel staff neither replied to our request non accommodated our request. They made us wait after the check in time to provide us the keys. We will look for other options next time we are in London.

First time in London from Los Angeles. This place was just wonderful in every way. Amazing staff, convenient beautiful Covent Garden location that’s close to everything such as the underground stations, Thames river, historic sights, the list goes on. Breakfast included. We’d stay here again if we come back to London.

Excellent location and the staff are bloody wonderful. I had an issue where the room was too dark - Jenny from the reception team patiently showed me alternatives with a touch of humour as well. 10/10 - well done St Martin’s Lane!
