Very small rooms. Minimal separation between bathroom and bedroom. Nice staff. Very little noise from the street, but AC somewhat noisy. Breakfast quite OK.

God morgenmad og fantastisk beliggenhed
Vi havde et rigtigt godt ophold. Værelset var småt men både moderne rent og pænt. Desuden ligger hotellet kun 3 min fra en undergrundsstation med direkte adganf både til de største seværdigheder og Heathrow lufthavn

Lækkert hotel, kan varmt anbefales.
Var på forlænget weekend med 3 overnatninger. Virkelig dejligt hotel. God beliggenhed med kun få minutters gang til undergrunden. God morgenbuffet. Venligt personale der står klar til at hjælpe hvis der er behov for det. Små men velindrettet værelser i lækkert design og kvalitet. I det hele taget en god oplevelse, kan varmt anbefales.

Godt beliggende hotel i Earls Court i gåafstand til Tuben. Morgenmad OK. Værelserne var nyrenoveret, men små og sengene meget korte.

Wonderful! Cozy clean room. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. I will definitely stay here again, but I will request a regular size window next time.

Ali at the front desk is an absolute gem! He was helpful and patient and did everything he could to get me a room and out of a horrid room at a different hotel closeby. He deserves a raise!

Nice and confortable Hotel, for short stays only. Not a business Hotel or for working reasons, my room did not have even a small table, nothing where you could place your stuff.

The hotel was clean and had modern conveniences. We loved the heated bathroom floor! Our room was very small. We literally could not unpack our suitcases unless we laid them on the bed. Luckily we were very rarely in the room. We were extremely close to the Earl's Court underground station. We used it constantly and were able to get anywhere in the city.

This is not a four star hotel. Our lower level room was so small that you can hardly open the door and walk inside at the same time. There was no room to open and store a suitcase. Don't be fooled by the pictures.

Location was nice and safe but A little difficult to get cabs and a little bit of a walk to get places. Very small rooms which was kind expected but they were clean.

Great location, great staff, and great experience. This hotel was great value and location, just a 3 min walk to Earls Court station. I selected a single room, enough space for one person. However the windows did not open, would have loved some fresh air as we were in London during some lovely weather.

Guess I had Expedia VIP access but I wasn’t offered any perks. There was some confusion with breakfast. It wasn’t specifically mentioned at check in that I had to pay for breakfast so when I went down I was scrutinized in public for not having paid. It was a bit embarrassing, so I just walked away calmly. Other than that the room was as stated, small and quaint. It did the trick. However, you can definitely hear through walls so be sure to use your ear plugs.

Although the rooms are small you are advised about this when booking. But everything you need is provided. Hairdryer etc. the shower was bigger than expected and the water always very hot. breakfast was good and staff attentive. Would recommend and use again

We apologies for the room space as we are a boutique style hotel; our rooms are slightly smaller than other hotels in the area and we tried to maximise the space available with under bed luggage storage and sliding bathroom doors. 評価がよくVIP ACCESSであったので選んだのですが、部屋の狭さ（ロンドンは狭いと承知してはいるが）、設備（ミニデスクがない、冷蔵庫がない、最小限のアメニティしかない、ティッシュやコットンがない、タオルが古すぎる、飲料水のサービスもない）、掃除が行き届いていない（埃、髪の毛が落ちている）など、現在の評価に疑問を感じる。スタッフの方々の対応、感じは良かったです。
