Hyggelig kabine i skoven med en åben grundplan med 1 fuld seng, køkken, køleskab, rækkevidde / ovn. Køkkenet indeholder alle de basale opvaskemaskiner, kopper, glas, sølvtøj, gryder og pander til basale madlavningsbehov. Kaffekande inkluderet også.

Opholdsområde har et kærlighedssæde, tv og dvd-afspiller. Beklager ingen modtagelse, kabel eller satellit i denne kabine, så tag dine dvd'er til at se en film. Ingen telefon i denne kabine, men vi har en offentlig telefon på ejendommen, som du kan bruge.

Just Bad
The smell when we walked in was so bad. The room was so dirty. The hot tub would not get warm. I reached out to the contact number multiple times with no answer. I needed a 4-wheel drive to get to my cabin. I payed for 2 days and stayed 1 night and got a hotel down the road. I would NEVER stay there again.

Don't go there
Unfortunately the pla e was dirty. I called the 1800 number for the property immediately and said i would send pictures which i did . They didn’t offer anything. How about someone to clean the place? I jad to clean it myself

Nice getaway
Check in was rocky because the detailed instruction email they sent went to my junk folder, and as warned in the email, there was little to no cell service to search for or download emails. Once in, we found the cabin to be perfect for our little overnight away. Everything was clean and neat and the AC worked well so we were comfortable right away. The deck and the hot tube were very enjoyable, but another cabin was visible not far away so the privacy and seclusion I was hoping for didn’t really exist. I was very disappointed with all the litter on the ground around the cabin. Cigarette butts, bottle caps, and plastic trash were common, especially around the fire pit. Fire pit area had broken glass. Overall it was a good stay and we may come back in the fall.

Big disappointment
This is a hard review to write because I don’t like to be unkind, but I do think it’s important to be honest. Sadly, we ended up not staying at this property. There were many things that were concerning. The bed was so small and did not have a top sheet. There was only a thin quilt for a blanket. There were dog hairs on the bottom sheet. The bathroom smelled like an outhouse. When we opened the sliding doors, we saw a cockroach on the floor. The deck was full of dead leaves and the chairs outside were filthy. There was trash left around the fire pit. The microwave shelf was full of dust. The top of the paper towel roll on the kitchen counter looked like it got wet and then was never changed out. We reached out to the manager after we found a new place to stay to share our concerns and to let him know that we would be staying elsewhere. The manager wanted us to have called right away so they could send out the cleaners. This would have been a huge inconvenience for us and no amount of cleaning would have gotten us to stay after finding the cabin in the state that it was in and seeing a cockroach. I tried to text the manger one last time before writing this review, but I was no longer able to reply. We found this also concerning. No amount of refund was given because we did not call or reach out in their desired time frame. We reached out once we checked into our hotel room. We were told we did not follow their policy. Like my title… big disappointment. :-(

I don't know if I missed it but there was no dishtowels or rags. Rugs would've been nice inside the doorway by the hot tub. Front door also. Other than that our stay was excellent. Would go back.

We didn’t stay the second night. Hair in and on bathroom sink, moldy shower curtain, dust, debris and mouse droppings under the dirty bed. I took photos and emailed the property manager. No response! There’s lots of other cabins to stay at. Choose wisely!

Couple day getaway in the cozy cabin
It was what we expected, wasn't fancy not a lot of extra, it was cute and had what we needed for a couple days. The bed was ok. Great that we could take the dog, he loved it. The driveway was a little rough and the power went out in the middle of the night on our last day was the only negative.

Perfect for quick getaway
We checked into the "cozy cabin" and it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and just general filth. I called management because there was no way we would have stayed there. Management was super helpful and apologetic, as all cabins are supposed to be non-smoking. They were able to move us to another cabin up the road. Huge difference. The second cabin smelled and felt much cleaner and there was no odor of cigarettes. No other complaints, it was the perfect place to stay for a quick 2-day getaway of hiking with our pups.

Perfect Couples Getaway
Overall extremely pleased with the property, location, and cleanliness. Perfect for two people. ONLY DOWNFALL is the tv speakers are blown and the sound was distorted but we had various card games and board games to occupy the time.

READ BEFORE BOOKING
So, overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but there are some things you should know before booking. So it doesn’t tell you until you have actually booked the property that you are required to drive a 4 wheel drive in the winter, which I think is unfair because there’s not much you can do once you’ve already booked. And you REALLY DO need a 4 x 4!! Even without the ice some of the properties would be extremely hard to reach for a lower sitting car. In our experience, our car made it up to the cozy cabin but there was ice completely covering our drive that was on a slope and had a drop off and we didn’t want to risk sliding back and off of the drop so we called them to try and lay some salt down. They couldn’t get ahold of their maintenance so they ended up moving us into a bigger cabin that was lower on the property which was really nice of them to do. We really enjoyed our stay in the Oleander Cabin! There was an issue with the Hot Tub being green with no chlorine tablets but we also realize that they weren’t expecting someone to be in that cabin so they didn’t prepare it for guests completely but it was an amazing experience. Our main warning is BRING A 4 x 4 YOU ACTUALLY NEED ONE

Great cabin and spa, poor neighbor
Cabin was fantastic, the bathroom did have a pretty strong urine odor though it was clean. The spa was awesome and was already heated when we got there which was an excellent plus. Great communication with postings in the cabin the dishes all of the kitchen appliances everything worked great and was well thought out. The only issue we had wasn't really with the cabin or the management of the cabin but the next door property. Within line site from the cabin there is a literal junkyard strong with broken vehicles and trash. In the summertime this might not be an issue with vegetation covering the sight line but in the winter being located right next door to this place kind of put a damper on the experience. Other than that very good value for the money and the cabin was excellent.
