One acre lake front property on Indian Hills Peninsula. Perfect location and amenities for Family Reunions, Ladies Weekend, or Guys Fishing retreat. Smores at the lakeside firepit, star gazing from the roof of the boathouse, and fishing (catfish, bass, gar) from the illuminated boathouse. Kids will enjoy endless hours of swinging from the rope swing and swimming off the dock. Home is equipped with high speed internet and bluetooth speaker down at the dock.

Guests also have access to an air conditioned treehouse, paddleboards, kayaks, detached game room equipped with beer fridge and pool table, water mat down at the dock, and uncovered side slip for personal boats/PWC.

Interested in fishing this Fall and Spring ? Blake (pictured in our fish pictures) is available to provide tips and tricks to catch just about anything off our dock ! You can pay him directly for his services and time - he knows everything about the lake :)

Upon confirmed booking, owner will provide additional details about the property, local attractions, and information about boat/PWC rentals. Our guests will also receive a 10% discount from LakeLife Rental company which is located less than a mile from our home.

The property was fantastic. On the great side of the lake. Lots of things to do (paddle boards, kayaks, rope swing, fishing off the dock) and we never left the house except to rent pontoon boat and jet skis. Ran jug lines right in front of the dock area so we could watch. The house worked out great for our family group of 9. Lots of outside furniture. Grill and Blackstone griddle made cooking easy!! Tracy, owner, was fantastic to work with. Just a great place to rent.

This is our second trip back to this property. We will continue to use this property year after year. Great facilities, great location, and fun for the entire family. This time we took advantage of the marina down the road and rented three jet skis for a few hours. Great fun for the entire family. Location has everything that you need. We will absolutely stay here again.

Once a year we get together as a family. Ages 3 to 80. This was our first trip to a lake as we usually go to the beach. I can tell you this will absolutely not be our last trip to Lake Livingston. This house has everything and I do mean everything! We spent our time swimming, playing on jet skis and fishing. The host was amazing and answered every question we had. Everyone in my family agrees this was our best vacation yet and we are already planning a trip for next year. You cannot got wrong with this house and it’s many amenities.Phillips, Dayton and Cecil Families

Our stay at Tracy's house exceeded almost every expectation we had! A fully stocked kitchen, tons of games, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and a boathouse complete with Lake toys, chairs, and rigged fishing poles! There were several beautiful areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings, either in the deck, the porch or the platform over the boathouse, and an early morning walk through the neighborhood (or a ride wih the golf cart) was quiet and peaceful. The property is perfect for large family/ friends gatherings, and with extras like the pool table, cornhole game and Smart TVs, noone is going to be bored!Tracy and Keith were very accommodating and generous with our requests, and we felt like they had opened up their family to us as friends instead of as renters. We will definitely be returning!

The house was perfect for a family weekend with plenty of room. The dock was great for hanging out and getting sun! Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors! The home owner is very accommodating with check in/out and use of their things. Overall great place to stay on the lake!

This was an amazing place to stay on Lake Livingston!! From the layout of the house, the tree house for the kids, the boat dock and the fishing was outstanding! We have stayed at a lot of places on Lake Livingston and this has been by far the best! The host Tracy was amazing as was Blake! Highly recommend! Thanks Tracy! Justin

Everything about this property is amazing, but the best feature is the white glove experience offered by the host, Tracy. We have stayed in several Lake Livingston properties, but Tracy goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay and a also offers a proper, in person, tour/introduction to the property and it's amenities. This lakefront home we rented to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!There was plenty of room for everyone, The home is spacious and BEAUTIFUL, The kitchen is fully stocked. There is also a detached game room with a pool table and other games, There is also a very cool treehouse on the property! BUT the best feature was the amazing boat deck (2 levels) WITH fishing gear and LOTS of sitting/longing areas. We are over the moon for this lovely lake front home, Our hostess Tracy was ALWAYS available and helpful. Blake, the local fishing expert with "The Lake Life Concierge" stopped by and gave us some fishing tips. All in all this was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be coming back for another visit!!

This home was the perfect spot for our family gathering - My husband and I, our two grown children and their families. There were plenty of bedrooms and a number of living spaces so everyone could have their on place when needed. We were able to rent a boat and able to catch fish off the dock. The treehouse was an added adventure for the grandchildren. We also had 2 dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect for them to run. Tracy was responsive every time I sent a note.

This place was amazing! We got our family together for Christmas here and there were so many places to enjoy it never felt like we were on top of each other. The owner so accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be coming back here for future family gatherings.

Wow! Our experience was nothing short of spectacular! The property was stunning, spotlessly clean, and had so many cool games and activities. The outdoor patio was a paradise for morning coffee and magical sunsets ,perfection! The host was amazing, super responsive, and filled with insider tips that made our trip unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! I’m counting the days until I can return. Highly recommended!

We came here with our 3 kids and my parents. Everything was perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us and even with the gloomy weather we always found something to do. Fishing off the dock was definitely a highlight. Tracy, the host, was so accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. We will be back!

We completely enjoyed our stay at the lake. The property was perfect, the location was fantastic and I have zero complaints whatsoever. The owner was very laid-back and very flexible to work with. We will definitely stay there again. We stayed for a few days and enjoyed our time on the lake. We caught seven catfish from the dock, and enjoyed our stay completely.
