Very nice stay, but the hotel seems at bit used. Maybe it is due to many visitors, but when I book 5 star hotels, I expect everything to be at the high end of the scale. When at the pool, it should be forbidden to use phones, and especially to use phones for facetime. Not the hotel to blame for this, but pure and simple ethic rules for guest to apply. Maybe the hotel could put up signs, that use of phones is not allowed at the pool.

Top hotel, høj pris
Lækkert hotel men vi betaler så jo også luge for det (høj pris). Ligger i ambassade området iøvrgt meget tæt på danske ambassade. Der er Intet aftenliv i umiddelbar nærhed, men dog indenfor 1,5 km. Relativt ok med sporvogne indenfor gåafstand.

fin oase når man er i en storby. Værelser pænt store. Men meget lydt mellem værelserne - kan være noget irriterende. Men alt i alt et dejligt ophold. God Spa afdeling og god udendørs pool. Hyggelig bar -men priserne er også i den høje ende i Lissabon

Total luksus, men helt nede på jorden.
Lapa Palace er luksushotellet for rejsende, der sætter pris på ægte smil og uovertruffen service fra ansatte, som tydeligvis nyder at være der (næsten) lige så meget som gæsterne. Det er enten det mest afslappede af alle luksushoteller eller det mest luksuriøse af de afslappede. Vi har været der før - og vi kommer tilbage igen (og igen).

Hotellet har alt hvad hjerte kan begære: rigtig flinke og professionelle ansatte der ved hvad service er, værelserne er store nok og faciliteterne er gode. Hvis jeg skal sætte fingrene på noget, er det maden og kaffen. Der som så ikke noget i vejen med hverken maden eller kaffen – hvis det havde været et 3 stjernet hotel med 3 stjernet priser. Moa. 5 stjernet mad priser og 3 stjernet mad. Men man behøver jo ikke at spise på hotellet.. Der ligger gangske gode restauranter i kvarteret.

Lækkert hotel i slots stil med både nye og vintage værelser. Vi tager derned igen. Dejlig atmosfære og super rar og engageret betjening. Dyrt men pengene værd! Dejlig opvarmet pool i lækkert poolområde. super fitness rum og lækker indendørs pool. Vi var meget tilfredse. Havde en overnatning på Tivoli Hotel som vi checkede ud førtidigt for at tage tilbage til Lapa Palace. Vi kommer tilbage til dette hotel næste gang vi er i lissabon.

A green oasis in Lisbon
Excellent service, superb food, wonderfull surroundings - an enclosed oasis in Lisbon. Looking out of the window or terrasse you might think you were in the middle of a secluded island - but in fact this is almost in the center of Lisbon. The staff is excellent, the service in top. Only the maintenance of the exterior could need a brush up. But that is a very minor flaw in an extraordinary hotel experience.

It’s a 6 euro cab ride to the action. But that doesn’t matter. This is a fantastic hotel. The service was some of the best I’ve come across. Warm, friendly and nothing was a problem. Fabulous trip. Quiet and chilled. Lovely pool and outstanding restaurant. We will return next year with our kids.

Nice and quiet location, and good pool area. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Installations (shower in particular) are somewhat dated and not exactly up to par with the standards one could expect at a daily rate of EUR 600.

This was the best hotel in Lisbon! We found Lisbon to be somewhat crowded (especially when cruise ships are in). This hotel allowed us to walk all over Lisbon and be in the best areas but out of the hustle when we return. That was amazing. This hotel had the best service and I would compare the service to a Ritz or 4 seasons. Everyone is attentive! We appreciated that! We thought the food was amazing. The bar drinks were too. Hands down I would choose this hotel again. They made our trip memorable.

Historic beauty with a classy staff to match
Although this hotel is a bit off the beaten path, the ambiance, staff and offerings were worth the stay. It's classy, spacious, tranquil and filled with so much history. We stayed only a few days, but wish we could have stayed longer. So glad we found this gem. Also, the cocktail bar is top notch, along with the indoor/outdoor pool.

We had an amazing time. The staff are incredible. The front desk are accommodating and helpful. The lounge staff are impeccable. Both Marco and Patricia were fantastic! The breakfast is lovely. We highly recommend Lapa Palace and plan to visit again.

Beautiful small but elegant hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in the old section of the palace which was lovely. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a view of the river. Despite other reviews we found the location to be ideal, and walked to several sites like the monastery and the Lisbon Cathedral without any issues. Ubers are also easy to get if you need one.

Olissippo was our last stay before flying home. We were so busy during our stay that this was a truly relaxing and comfortable way to end our trip. They upgraded our room to one of the ‘original’ palace rooms and it was on the top floor with a view of the river. We had dinner outside at the more casual dining room and both the service and food were delicious! We didn’t have spa treatments but did check out the spa area and it’s very relaxing and the indoor pool is really nice. The outdoor pool is surrounded by lawn area and greenery everywhere and was the perfect antidote to our busy forays around Portugal. Thanks so much for a very lovely stay!

Highest Quality Hotel!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The staff was incredibly kind. I arrived early and they found me a room prior to the normal check in time. I had travel issues getting to Lisbon and was upset. They showed kindness and dealt with me perfectly. We had dinner at their restaurant and the quality and presentation was superb. The hotel itself is elegant and distinguished. It is not close to the tourist area and main square of Lisbon. That is the only negative. When we walked around in the area there was not much to see.

We loved how the rooms look out over the beautiful gardens, pool and pond with resident turtles and fish. The spa area is also wonderful. I had a back and shoulder massage and the therapist was lovely. The breakfast was also delicious and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Amazing stay
Best service ever, from check in to check out. Large, clean elegant room with beautiful view of pond and garden. The outdoor pool and surrounding grounds are amazing. Breakfast in the outdoor patio was also amazing. Well worth the price

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is not as big as it looks from the photos, but overall we had a great stay.
