Luxury- but choose it for the breakfast
A bit in the high price end, because we needed two rooms for three persons.
A breakfast with everything you can think of.
Clean heated indoor pool and well-equipped fitness.
The staff was more than helpful.
The location is not central but close to the metro with 2-3 stops to the central part and 2-3 stops to the stadium and a very large mall. Buy a metro card if you choose this hotel. We traveled in February so we didn’t use the rooftop but I looked nice as well.

Fint pris - men lange køer under morgenmad
Fint hotel
God morgenmad desværre har vi aldrig oplevet et 4 stjernet hotel med så meget ineffektivitet under morgenmaden. Kø på min 20-30 Pers uanset, hvornår vi kom ned. Lidt synd når alt andet spillende på hotellet.

Dejligt ophold i 8 nætter. Lækkert værelse på 10. Sal uden larm og med en god seng. Fantastisk god morgenbuffet.
Hotellet overraskede endda med bobler og kage med lys i på værelset på min fødselsdag.

The hotel is centrally located. One of our rooms was in the renovated wing of the hotel & it was very good. The bathroom & especially the shower were top notch. Breakfast was included due to Expedia status. Very nice breakfast spread! Staff is very friendly. Overall very happy & the rate including breakfast was good value for being in the heart of Lisbon. Highly recommend. Make sure you stay in the renovated wing.

Will definitely stay at Epic SANA again if I ever go back to Lisbon. The staff were helpful and friendly. Francisco helped us upgraded our room, we had an amazing birthday trip. the hotel greeted us with a bottle of champagne and fruit. Supermarket is about 5 min walk. Sound proof is very good. Modern design. Everything’s clean.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered an upgrade and sent over sparkling wine and desserts for my fiancés birthday.

Staff could not be more helpful. Very clean, a little far from the old city but if you dont mind walking, which i don't, it was an excellent location.
