"The stay we had was amazing, the house was so well stocked, beautifully decorated and clean! I loved the layout of the house lots of room. Lot’s of eateries close by. Communication with the host and expectations were clear and timely. The pool and grill were clean and just perfect! I would highly recommend this home to anyone!"

"The home was very nice. Only problem the left side of house with the two bedrooms and bath was very warm. Also stove shorted out the first morning and did not get a new stove until 4 days later. The property manager was very nice to work with and tried her best to get it fixed or a new one but was during a holiday. Even though we had a few issue I would stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!!!"

"The listing at time of booking said it slept 8 and had a pull out couch or futon but it had neither, the owner was very apologetic and offered to compensate for a blow up mattress so that was considerate. Everything was very easy and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall a very nice place "

"It's about the details! From the beautiful view when you walk in the door to the bottle of wine left on the counter and towel animals in the bathroom, all the small extras were greatly appreciated. Rental provides garbage bags and toilet paper for your entire stay in addition to a drawer full of spices and lots of little extras that you don't have to go purchase at the grocery store like a normal rental. "This home is the perfect place to relax with kids! There is so much for them to do! From boards games, cards, ping pong, pop a shot, a 4 person bike, the pool, and a nice big side yard to play soccer or wiffle ball in! Then when they needed a break the nice oversized sectional was the perfect spot for them to all hang out and watch a movie while the parents could still watch them from the pool outside. The neighborhood was so quiet and there was little to no traffic so it was safe for the kids...

"This place is exactly as advertised. All of the pictures are accurate. Check in and out was easy. We used the kayak once but I don’t know if you could use it during low tide, it would be very difficult to get in and out at that time. The propane grill was ready to use with a full tank of propane. The furniture was mostly comfortable. The bed was firm but comfortable and the sheets were amazing. The couch and living room chairs were comfortable.
