"I wouldve have given them less stars, because both times i called for assistance they never responded. Once was for more towels and the other was to take out our trash. We ended up going downstairs for our the towels, and when 4 hours later they still hadnt come to get the trash we ended up taking the trash out by ourselves. We did meet one of the nicest staff members who got us more garbage bags, and her name is Eva. She was wonderful. Also the humidity in the room with the ac was not...

"We had the best 2 weeks staying in condo, Serendipity on the Moana, located in the friendly town of Waianae. We enjoyed meals on the lanai, beautiful sunsets, listening to the waves, and a view of the ocean. The Maili Cove community is well maintained. The pool is cleaned every morning. It was never crowded. We cooked meals on the outside grills. We only used the A/C a few nights. Leave the doors open and enjoy the beach breezes. The condo has everything you would need to make your stay...
