"We had a great stay at Dreams Vallarta. The standout experience was the Mexican restaurant—the food was excellent, and the guacamole was the best I've ever had. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and everyone spoke excellent English.

"I don’t have much positive to say about this hotel. Food has no flavor and their mixed drinks are undrinkable. On top, I got food poisoned after having my first dinner at the hotel. I spent the next day in bed and when we told the staff, they just replied that can happen and didn’t offer any assistance for medication etc.

"The money I paid was a little bit less than I paid last month at the Pacific riu that place was amazing almost the same price as you guys but not even close to the experience I had over there.
