Dejlig saltvandspool
Det var ikke hverken første eller sidste gang vi besøgte Plantation Bay. Hotellet har nogle fantastisk dejligt store saltvandspools, der i sig selv gør besøget værd. Selve hotelområdet er dejligt og alt personale på hotellet er derudover meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Et par dages besøg på hotellet kan derfor varmt anbefales. På negativsiden ligger hotellet langt væk fra alt andet, maden er ok men ikke noget at skrive hjem om, og sand i stedet for grus kunne være at foretrække ud til pools.

외진 것 빼면 괜찮았어요. 구글에 안 좋은 후기가 많아서 걱정했는데 그정도는 아니에요. 벌레 없고 도마뱀도 없어요. 한국 4성급 정도는 되는 거 같아요. 화장실 구조 상 필터 교체가 불가능한 방도 있으니 참고하세요. 필터 갈지 않고 걍 씻었는데 큰 일 없었습니다. 응대는 친절했어요. 리조트 내 음식 등 물가는 한국이랑 비슷하거나 조금 더 비쌉니다. 리조트에 딸린 바다는 좀 작고 시야가 좋은 편은 아니어서 스노클링 하실 거면 호핑 투어 가시는 걸 추천드리고, 리조트 내 호핑투어는 3인 기준이어서 2인이어도 3인 가격을 내야해요. 외진 것만 빼면 괜찮았어요. 외진 것 때문에 다음에 세부 가게 되면 다른 숙소로 가볼 것 같아요.

Visitors who consider it important that their hotel be in a crowded downtown-like area, with shops and street-hawkers just outside the gate, are welcome to book a different hotel. とても素晴らしいホテルです！朝のビュッフェのマンゴーが美味し過ぎました。 ただ、情報が少なすぎて困る事がありました。 スタッフも素敵でしたし、スパは絶対利用した方がいいですね！ 最後の日の清掃だけ、とても雑でした

프라이빗 비치가 있고 방도 예쁘고 방에서 바라보는 수영장이 기가 막힙니다. 오직 사진만을 위한 여행이라면 이 리조트는 너무 좋은 선택이 될 것입니다. 다만 방에 바닥이 너무 너무 더럽습니다 절대 맨발로 다닐 수 없구요. 1번 수건으로 닦아 봤는데, 지저분한 게 너무 많이 닦아 나와서 비위생적이고 불편했습니다 방에서 계속 신발을 신고 생활 했습니다, 심지어 신을 신발이 없다면 100페소 의 판매하고 있었는데, 그냥 바닥을 닦아 주는 게 좋지 않을까 싶습니다. 사진만을 위한 거라면 강추합니다. 조식은 별로였 습니다

This place is amazing, but the food lets it down big time. The rooms, pools, activities and staff are all brilliant but the food choices are limited. I am vegetarian and looked at the menus before we booked and there seemed a reasonable choice but several dishes were not available and what I did eat was mostly too salty or too sweet in Palermo and Kilimanjaro. Fiji was the only good restaurant and so we ate there every night after trying the other two. The last point that really let it down is very personal to me but sets the standard. I had requested alternative meal option to dairy and was told this was not an option. I took a taxi 5 mins to the nearest 7-eleven and purchased my own. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and a true 5 star would not let a guest do this, especially when I informed them of what I planned. It is a shame as this is a 5 star resort on many fronts but the food options really do let it down. Vegetarian dishes are not labelled on the menus either. One other small gripe is the simulated rocks on the floors of the lagoons that are paired the same colour as the floor and the first you know of them is when you have stubbed your toe or tripped over!

I appreciate the no tipping policy. We expected to tip to every single service and were quiet surprised that it was not a practice. We would definitely come back as it was relaxing stay.

Efficiency of Eco-friendly: to whom for it
A clumsy system of eco-friendly only causes inconvieniences to customers. I wonder how much your system is efficent in the savings of natures or ecological effectiveness. While you can save some amenities or towels, you shall deeply consider other rewards to customers. Because, as you said, eco-friendly is achivable by the contributions both from the Hotel and the customers. That means the rewards should distributed to both the Hotel and the customers; it should not only be resulted in the cost savings of the Hotel.

The staff were friendly. Resort is clean. Customer service at FIJI restaurant could use some customer service training. Service slow, it took them 15 to give us our rice. For the meantime, food is getting cold! We have to summoned our waitress to refill our water. Food is not that great, price too expensive.

We did the Spa Immersion package which includes an overnight stay - absolute bliss! Staff are responsive and professional. It might be tricky without the road signage where to turn for the resort, unless you're a local. I did provide this feedback to the resort. Hopefully they'll add one, even if temporary.
