"One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and efficient. The facilities were excellent, and parking was very easy. All round, the hotel was nice and clean. "Excellent stay with great staff. Good location. Had a problem with the shower not able to control the temperature of the water too hot.. Spoke with louise on reception extremely helpful offered refund via hotels.com. Rang hotels.com and spoke with a lovely lady Kavita who is sorting this with the hotel. We will be back. "Had a lovely night stay , was late checking in just after 11pm , was welcomed by staff member who was very professional, he offered to carry our bags up to our room , showed us how things worked in the room eg the aircon /heating panel .

There is no reception desk, so be sure to have the code to gain entry to the building and your room. Having to enter the same code 4 times was annoying, and a bit difficult at night in low light, but the keyless system works.
I was lucky to have a corner suite and found it very comfortable and clean. The toiletries were also nice.
If I were to return to Warrington again, I would like to stay there again. "

"Received a wonderful greeting upon check in by Dawn, was very informative and friendly, making (very late) check in a breeze.
The room was specious and clean. We travelled as a family of 3, and had plenty of room.
Breakfast was plentiful and all areas were cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout. As soon as dishes were finished with, the staff were quickly removing and cleaning tables.
Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and will 100% be visiting again.
