"Substandard bedding... Mattresses were old and soiled. Received bug bites from bed in the smaller room. Apartment was obvious very lived in by the owners, clothes stuffed in closets, shoes by the door, a large piece of art laying against the wall. Very dusty and not as clean as we are accustom to when we rent VRBO's. Rug and couches were also stained with age. Location was great."

"Honestly the flat itself is ok. Clear instructions were given for how to access the flat. The location is perfect with just 3-5 mins walk to the nearest metro station and supermarket. Also with nice restaurants nearby which we enjoyed a lot. The Eiffel tower is also in walkable distance. The stove is extremely difficult to use, no instructions are given. I googled it myself and spent hours to figure out how to use it. I do not think they actually expect you to cook cause the tableware is very...

"Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous."

"The property is a very easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, which is great. But the property does not even have a skillet. There are not enough basic cookware to even cook breakfast. There is only a combo microwave convection, no real oven. So if you plan on cooking, look for a different unit. Also, poor communication with the owner, and there are no instructions for what to do with the garbage. Or checkout procedures. "

"This was our worst VRBO experience ever! We’ve stayed in a lot of different houses, and this one was by far the worst experience we have ever had. I repeat do not stay in this house!The house is filled with black mold! It’s covering the ceiling of the bathroom and down the walls.The air conditioning does not work, and the bathroom door does not even fully close for privacy. The moment you attempt to close it, it swings back open.Panels in the kitchen were literally taped on and fell off numerous...

"We enjoyed our stay despite the very hot temperatures in Paris. Thankfully the host delivered extra fans one evening that helped our stay. The location is great, being five minutes to the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, and around the corner to cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. The metro is close. The apartment is surprisingly small. It was very tight for the six of us - would recommend a max of four people."

"Was as described in a nice location. Check in was easy and the host provided videos for how to do things which was helpful!Communication was easy with the host, the freezer was dirty when we arrived but we did not use any of the kitchen things so it was not an issue for us. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and hand soap as there was none in the apt. Washing machine was a great help in the middle of our trip, plan to dry things on the rack overnight."
