The Space:

Welcome to this cozy 53 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 7th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Chevert in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 Queen sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 7th arrondissement is one of Paris's most elegant and quietly prestigious neighbourhoods, and this part of it sits particularly well for visitors who want to be close to the city's great landmarks without being in the middle of the tourist crowds. The Champ-de-Mars and the Eiffel Tower are a short walk away, and the Invalides, with its golden dome and military museums, is equally close.



The area has a genuine residential feel, with neighbourhood boulangeries, pharmacies and small restaurants serving the locals rather than the tourists. Rue de Grenelle and Rue Saint-Dominique both offer good everyday shopping and dining. The Musée Rodin and the Musée d'Orsay are both reachable on foot in under twenty minutes.



For transport, La Tour-Maubourg (line 8) and École Militaire (line 8) are both a short walk, connecting to Invalides, Opéra and beyond. RER C at Pont de l'Alma is also nearby, useful for reaching Versailles and other destinations along the Seine.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

You will have the property all to yourself during your stay. We are available by email phone should you require assistance during your stay.
