"We had a great time in this holiday apartment. The space is just enough for a family of four. The communication and the hospitality with the responsible persons was perfect. We highly appreciated the flexibility with check- in/- out times. The location is very nice with the kids being happy as the pool was just outside the door. To pay extra for sunbeds is a small minus. "Overall the villa was fairly good, but we did experienced some problems: Mainentrance door was very difficult to open, no light in 1 bedroom, dishwasher and stove didn't worked. After a phone call the door and light was fixed, but the dishwasher and stove didn't worked during our stay. Outdoor area and terrace was excellent. Very few restaurants in this area."

"I stayed here with close friends for my stag. The Villa is exactly as described, use of the Hot Tub and Swimming Pool really did make coming back after exhausting excursions far easier. We ised the Barbecue whilst there, too. A greay way to spend the warm evening; chillinf with friends next to the smokey scent of meat on the BBQ. Every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We all have stressful jobs, and finding somewhere so idyllic to let our hair down was something we all needed. Huge...

"The Villa Iris is very nice inside, having two good sized bedrooms and one small bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space. There is air conditioning in the en-suite (which was really needed due to the extreme heat we encountered during our stay in June/July). "Das Haus in Santa Ursula war insgesamt ein schönes Haus. Leider waren wir von der Umgebung sehr enttäuscht, das Haus ist sehr abgelegen und drum herum sind halbfertige Häuser und ein großer Schlammiger Platz gewesen. Es war leider sehr kalt als wir dort waren und außer zwei Heizlüftern hatten wir nicht viel Möglichkeiten um uns Warm zu halten. Eine Klimaanlage oder Heizung gibt es nicht. Zudem konnte man wenn man die Heizlüfter benutzen wollte, nicht mehr Kochen oder Wäsche waschen, da ständig...

"Firstly it’s a long way from anywhere. Secondly you need to be pretty fit to access the property. Thirdly there are no shops or restaurants in Carrizales and it’s a drive on very winding to get anywhere. That said the property itself is excellent as is the property manager"
