"It was a great place. We had a lot of fun. It was perfect and the club house was an extra bonus. The communication was smooth and timely."

"Great location and great property!"

"There was a glitch in the scheduling(double booking ) with the computer, and our unit was switched but after talking with our hostess everything was straightened out we were all very pleased with the care taken to accommodate us .and the guys logan and Philip took us back and forth to the parking deck and to town for our breakfast even loaded things into our villa . great experience all around. Beautiful weather and nice sunsets we did the river walk and town all 4 days thanks to the crew...

"This was a great place and so convenient to the amphitheater for the concert we were attending. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely rent it again."

"Great communication and neat experience."

"Even though it rain during our stay and we did not get the chance to get out much, the view from the boat house made up for it. The place was absolutely wonderful along with the host and staff. We are planning another trip next year."

"Staff was very helpful! Nice golf cart ride to & from parking garage & to restaurant downtown. Walking on the Riverwalk was pretty!"

"Beautiful property and nice accommodations. Excellent customer service. Very relaxing and will for sure book again!"

"The property was well kept. Check in was a breeze. The assistance with getting our luggage from garage to rental was awesome. Friendly staff. The riverwalk and shops near by was wonderful!!!! If I could change anything , it was be the cost. It was a little pricey but with today’s economy. The owner has to make a profit. So it’s understandable. All in all we had a great time with our friends!!!! We will come back!!!!!"

"First time staying here. Cost more than we normally pay for a rental but it was well worth it. Great location by river walk. Great fun sitting on porch, people and boat watching. Hope to be back in 2027"

"The dog bowls and dog bed in the unit was a pleasant surprise."

"Very cool concept- Pros: Accommodates Pets. We didn’t end up bringing our dog, but the rental was equipped with dog bowls and other goodies. Very Clean. Cool concept- Outdoor areas were very fun and layout was great for two families. Cons: Only has AC in living areas. Had to sleep with doors wide open to avoid baby overheating. Arduous check in process. Early check in/out is an extra 100 dollars. Too many check out procedures. Overall a fun concept but not as streamlined and way more expensive...
