"Waterside Resort is an excellent choice for your stay to the Edenton area. Great location on the Albemarle Sound. Very clean and spacious condo. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely view from our unit. We enjoyed every evening with a cocktail at the fire pit to watch the sunset. Very friendly staff. We will return."

"Clean, nice quaint house close to Belhaven. We were in town to visit some relatives and it was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Only 5 minutes to grocery and to downtown Belhaven, and not that far from Washington. "

"I would have given a total of 5 stars, but the only thing that prevented that was the beds. The beds in my opinion were super uncomfortable. Location is perfect, the room was indeed clean, the pool was nice but the beds could definitely be more comfortable and the bed frame is self was kind of wobbly and loose such as the coffee table as well. The “front office” seemed like a ghost town I’m not sure who “the staff” really were. With that being said I paid $645 for 2 nights which isn’t hateful....

"The condo was infested with cockroaches, smelled badly of marijuana and was very dirty. When calling to get some sort of refund for having to leave early due to the disgusting conditions - it is impossible to speak to a manager. Have been waiting almost a month for a phone call back. "This was the second year that I stayed there my family and I enjoy it. We are just a street over from the beach, which is great. When you text message the staff they reply to you quickly and fix any problems, you may have. Pool is nice and very relaxing after you get back from the beach. Also enjoy having corn hole, ping-pong, connect four and stuff like that to do on the property. My kids truly love taking the bikes out for a ride around the town."
