Rooms were quite spacious considering the price, however a minimum of 10 min walk to subway and 20 min to Kyoto station. Front desk is very limited in hours of operation and service, they would not send luggage onwards and directed us to the convenience store across the street..

Modern facility but has limited transportation unless you plan on taking taxi to bus stop or subway.

The hotel is nice, but dining around hotel is limited. Also a bit far from local transportation and from Kyoto Station.

there is no parking, just only 3 for users front of the door 😭😭
the service is very nice👍👍they can speak english very well, free coffee, and safely 👍👍👍

Amazing hotel with spacious rooms, washing machines and friendly staff. The ONLY downside is the location of the hotel. It's about 25 minutes away from all of the major Kyoto attractions.

Our room was very nice, it felt like a modern Japanese apartment with traditional touches. I really appreciated the washing machine and drying rack as well as the kitchenette. Walking distance to Fushimi Inari and close to Kiyomizudera and Kyoto station as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
