hotel i Kuta
Boede på dette hotel 7 nætter og havde valgt balkon med udsigt mod havet fik værelse på 1 sal men med stor terrasse hvor udsigten var minimal på grund af høje palmer og på terrassen var der meget dårlige glaspartier der ikke var udsigt igennem. Havde bestilt romantisk middag som bestod af fem retter men havde lige glemt at meddele at det kun bestod af 4 da man skulle fravælge en så vi fik ikke tenderloin bøffen . Vil ikke anbefalede hotellet og ej bo her igen

Servicen var i top og der var et stort udvalg af mad, både morgen, middag og aften. Værelset lækkert, men vi savnede lidt en altan, hvilket vi dog bare kunne have været opmærksomme på ved bestilling. Vi blev opgraderet til et større værelse uden ekstra omkostninger for os, hvilket bestemt gjorde starten på opholdet ekstra godt. Vi kommer helt klart tilbage en dag 😊

The hotel was very nice and clean nothing to complain about beside from the music next door but it thankfully stopped around midnight:)

Godt hotel
Rigtig fint hotel, som ligger lige på stranden. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme. Dejligt pool med flot udsigt over havet. Morgenbuffeten havde et bredt udvalg, og vil anbefale hotellets restaurant Riva. Desværre var vi ikke opmærksomme da vi bestilte, at vi skulle betale ekstra, for at have et vindue med udsigt, så vi havde kun udsigt ud til en hal/reception, hvilket gjorde værelset meget mørkt. Derudover skal man være opmærksomme på, at badeværelset er i soveværelset, og det kun er et gardin det skiller rummene fra hinanden. Dog er der en lukket dør til både bad og toilet, så det er seperat.

Ok hotel til prisen, store flotte værelser
Værelserne er super pæne og store...og helt er sikkert det, der trækker hotellet op. Det ligger også en roof top pool, som var lækker at ligge ved...dog er det generelt et hotel, der tager sig bedre ud på billederne end i virkeligheden. Vi valgte at springe deres morgenmad over.... stor buffet med alt i hvidt brød, pandekager, vafler og asiatisk morgenmad... Vi fandt i stedet et hyggeligt sted 1km derfra, der havde lækker og sund morgenmad, som matchede vores ønsker.

Smilende personale altid
Vi overnattede 12 døgn på hotellet og var meget tilfredse med selve opholdet, dog var der ved ankomst et problem med reservationen da vi havde valgt et ryger værelse og ikke havde fået det, vi måtte opgradere ogbetale mere end vi havde regnet med hjemmefra.

Rigtig fint hotel - kort overnatning
Vi var her kun en enkelt overnatning, så en længerevarende oplevelse blevet et ikke. Flot værelse, som dog kun havde vindue ind til en sal i midten af hotellet. Lidt sjovt med vask til badet, som ligger i værelset, men det fungerer godt. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet.

Flot velholdt hotel, med dejlig swimmingpool
Pænt hotel, tæt på Kuta Beach. Hotellet ligger lidt tilbage fra vejen, hvilket vil sige man undgår en del af larmen fra vejen, men derfor også mister noget af udsigten fra den gode swimmingpool på toppen.

An absolutely fantastic property in Kuta. With some of the best service staff in the business. Property is well located near the beach. Safe. Secure. Lots of shopping close by. Next door to the Hard Rock Hotel. Awesome pool deck on upper floor overlooking beach, and amazing food throughout. A definitely recommended rating. Can’t wait till next trip here!!! Cheers.

Due to environmental policies they don’t actually clean the rooms with bleach or sterilise anything so my perception is the room was dirty. I only ate at the hotel and got Bali belly every time I ate, which became obvious that non sterile policy existed in the kitchen as well. It doesn’t matter how well I clean my hands if no one else does. A vacuum might work to pickup dust if you actually used it! I did see a vacuum in the hallway.. never saw it used in the room, and I did stay in to observe how the room was cleaned. The staff were made aware of room issues like toilet running constantly and still it was not rectified. If you can’t drink the water from the tap how can you hope to clean yourself without re contamination? All in all the view was spectacular.. can’t say the same for Bali belly

Room was ok. We had some difficulty with room keys but the staff responded quickly. I wasn’t impressed with the view from our room but we didn’t spend much time there.

Lack of information from hotel and Expedia on a major holiday. I was dead bolted in the hotel with 500 guests for 24 hours. That would be a crime in my country. Was only told the stores would be closed never told I would be locked up as a criminal

Checkin was easy. There’s a nice coffee area if arriving early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room has a bar fridge. There’s a store at the base of the hotel. It is across from the beach and close to the mall plus there are many small shops and vendors close by. The breakfast buffet has many options to suit different tastes. The omelets to order were delicious.

Hotel was fine, had a nice swimming pool, the neighborhood was typical with lots of people trying to sell you something, and constantly asking where you’re from, how old are you, annoying, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Starbucks next to the property.

Great hotel, great location, great staffs. Hotel condition is average, however in and out by taxi is horrible, we came back from a excursion and when get to the Kuta area is bumper to bumper , it took us 1/2 hr to move to 1 mile

Close to beach Good for family A bit old property but compensated by friendly staff( thank to Nita Oda and Seini who helped in the breakfast to get masala tea and hot milk for our toddler) Worth the stay

Do not book this hotel, they are Hoax!!!!
very horrible hotel. the perfect picture on their page is a malicious deception. The location is ghetto, the rooms are horrible and smell nasty. We had to ran out of the hotel next day..

excellent rooftop pool. all staff are fantastic and happy to help out. kuta itself isn’t my pick, hotel a little dated with some cheaper repairs showing but all in all it’s a great place
