Dejligt hotel. Barbara var meget hjælpsom og dygtig, men conciergen virkede nedladende og behandlede os dårligt.

Lovely location and nice hotel
The hotel had an excellent location- very central. Check in took some time , as only one person at the reception. Same with check out. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. The spa facilities were a bit disappointing, the pool small and not as described on the website. Hotels.com says hotel has bikes for guest’s use - this is not the case any more. Breakfast was nice - with a good selection.

Great hotel and service!
Everything was 5/5, the room, the breakfast, the staff, the service - placed on the other side of the river with very nice view from the roof top, and close by the Old Town and city center!

Et hotel med en smuk tagterrasse
Et dejligt hotel hvis beliggenhed var perfekt ift. seværdighederne. Meget stort og vel dekoreret med behagelige madrasser. Tagterassen med den smukke udsigt til borgen og floden var et ekstra plus. Det eneste minus var den kedelige udsigt, da værelset lå på bagsiden af hotellet.

Oplevelsesferie
En god placering i forhold til den gamle bydel, og lige ved siden af wavel slottet , med en fin udsigt til floden fra tagterrassen. Og gode udflugter til Neuengamme , og saltminen Gjorde det til den perfekte ferie.

I was with a group. Apparently my Bonvoy Gold status is not worthy for the front desk to tell me whether I could have a late check out. Upon arrival I was treated as a second class guest. My check in girl had to get a manager to assign my room, she could not confirm whether I could check out at 13:00 on my third day at the hotel. “Please check with us tomorrow” the desk told me each day, because my status was not high enough to confirm whether or not my request for late check out could be granted. Ultimately all of my colleagues were allowed 13:00 check out but I had to be out of my room by 11:00am. This is not the way a Bonvoy Gold guest should be treated.

Dette er et nydelig hotell med perfekt beliggenhet uansett om du vil besøke severdigheter, spasere i gamlebyen eller gå turer. Betjeningen er veldig behagelige og profesjonelle. De hjelper deg uansett hva du trenger hjelp til. Hvis du vil på shoppingsentre, så står drosjen ved inngangen i løpet av 5 minutter. Deilig frokostbuffé, bra treningsrom og basseng og en god atmosfære!
