Godt hotel centralt beliggende. Begrænset mulighed for parkering ved hotellet. Meget venligt personale, og fantastisk morgenmad. Absolut et godt valg.

Fint hotel med god placering ig god morgen buffee
Ganske fint hotel, god beliggenhed tæt på den gamle bydel. Værelse fint og ok størrelse. Morgen buffee var god og fint udvalg. Man skal ikke lade sig snyde af den lidt "kedelig" indgang for enden af en lukket vej, når man kommer ind på hotellet er alt pænt.

Sommerferie i Polen
Et meget moderne og stilrent hotel, hvor der er dog ikke altid lavet de bedste løsninger. Der er pænt og rent og venligt personale. Det er dog ikke alle ansatte i receptionen der forstå lige godt engelsk, men de fleste gør. Vores værelse er fint og udrustet med det nødvendige og lidt til. Generelt hat vi været godt tilfreds med vores fem overnatninger.

Dejligt hotel og centralt beliggende.
Det var et ungt team som var meget professionelle og imødekommende. Da vi kom fik vi et ganske lille værelse og da vi spurgte om vi kunne blive opgraderet var der desværre ikke flere værelser, men i samme kategori fik vi vist 3 andre værelser der var større og vi kunne selv vælge. Fantastisk rum.

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione per il centro di Cracovia. Comodo ai servizi e per girare a piedi la città. Hotel carino, pulito e con una buona colazione ogni mattina. Stanza grande e pulita, bagno piccolino ma con tutto il necessario. Consiglio questa struttura.

Stayed here for 6 days they had one really good receptionist called Natalia she was so helpful with maps and how you get about. The room was nice and spacious however housekeeping is very hit and miss if they decide to clean your room. Breakfast time is self service buffet style if you like to eat slowly and have a relaxing NJ start to your day you get looked at constantly by one member of staff she will walk around to look at you even tho it wasn’t busy at all. I booked a wake up call for my departing day and requested 3am…..the male receptionist with tattoos booked it for 0345!? When I had told him transfers were collecting me at 4am. Nice hotel but don’t rely on the staff except Natalia

Caro Mauro,Grazie per aver trovato il tempo di condividere la sua recensione sul soggiorno presso il nostro hotel. Siamo lieti che la camera abbia soddisfatto le vostre aspettative. Ci scusiamo per il problema della velocità di pulizia della camera, che cercheremo di chiarire con il reparto pulizie. Per quanto riguarda la pausa tra le 13.00 e le 14.00, il personale è in pausa pranzo a quell'ora, quindi il ristorante è chiuso e la reception potrebbe non essere aperta per un po', naturalmente ci scusiamo per il disagio causato.I nostri migliori auguri

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and the staff very helpful and polite. However the breakfast not very hot and we thought overpriced.

Beautiful boutique hotel within easy walking distance of Wawel castle and the river. Very quiet. Decorated to a high standard. Staff team could not do enough to help.

Excellent base for us to explore Krakow. Helpful staff on reception. Rooms were adequate for what we wanted, little dusty in places. Could of done with a mirror over the desk area to get ready with or a plug near the full length mirror

Krakow julmarknad
Väldigt små rum, ta gärna de som är större. Bra frukost, maten på a la carte va inte så bra. Bra personal som jobbade i restaurangen mm. Ligger lite avsides så var beredda på att gå en bit.

location was good. the pick up from the airport was missed so I have to call them from the airport. the welcome pastry/cake was a nice surprise. room was clean and modern. breakfast was okay. staff were kind and helpful. they even had a cake for my birthday. thank you.
