"A beautiful hotel in a quiet residential area. The owner and his colleagues are most wonderful people. The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. You also get served a small breakfast which is great. I had a great time at this boutique hotel and I can highly recommend it. Arrigato and matane !"

The staff is always there to help with any kind of questions and provide suggestions for anything. The lady (Shun) was always there for us, helped with our luggage and allowed us to do a early check in as well. She is the best. :) "

This was incredibly helpful. Another highlight of our stay was the wonderful welcome tea and tasty breakfast provided during our stay. Although it was a bit more expensive than other options, these benefits were well worth the additional cost."

"This Ryokan is so lovely. Upon checking in they served me tea and waffles in my room and then left snacks in addition to the free tea and ramen in the hallway. The room was extremely clean and it was so nice to put on the yukata they provided and sit on the cool tatami floor at the end of the day blow drying my hair. The futon bed was also very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I return to kyoto. "

"Dejligt placeret hotel og en rigtig fin størrelse og standard.
Enig i kritik af det med vaskemaskiner - der er få og tit optaget. Modsat tidligere hotel ikke muligt at følge brug/ikke i brug på TV. Så man går nemt forgæves.
Mangler diverse stik på værelse og creme. Godt med det lille køleskab til vand og sodavand."

The gym was ok but you had to pay for the fitness facility every each day you used it. Furthermore, it opened up late in the morning (7am) which is very annoying when you want to start the day early. "

Vi blev hevet til side ved udtjekning og bedt om at betale for morgenmad, til trods for at vi kun havde fået morgenmad 1 gang, som skulle betales med kort/kontant da det ikke kunne charges til værelset! Vi kunne fremvise trukket beløb på banken.
Vi skulle vente i 20 minutter og fremvise bankkvittering x flere!
Desuden er der kun 5 vaskemaskiner til 9 etagers hotelgæster, som er optaget konstant. Man skal stille sig i kø for at få en maskine."
