Daisy Duck is also conveniently located just a short distance from the pedestrian-friendly Town of Duck, boasting many quaint shops and delicious local restaurants.

Enjoy ocean and sunrise views while breathing in the salty sea breezes from the top level furnished deck. Inside, the great room boasts bright and beachy decor, a dining area for 8, an open kitchen with countertop seating, and a king en suite with private deck access, all offering more ocean views. A convenient half bath can be found on the landing between the top and mid levels.

The mid level offers 4 more comfortable bedrooms, including a king en suite, a queen bedroom with a covered private deck, a bedroom with 2 twins, and a pyramid bunk bedroom with covered deck access.

The community of Schooner Ridge offers an outdoor pool beside the indoor facilities/clubhouse, and an indoor pool that is open year-round from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (off-season hours vary). Schooner Ridge also offers many other family-friendly amenities, including a playground, tennis courts, a game room with a pool table and air hockey, a fitness room, and more. Please note, the oceanfront community pool is closed for the 2025 season.

Updates for 2025 include a kitchen upgrade of new quartz countertops, new cabinets, new sink/faucet, new stove and oven, new LVT flooring, and a new pantry. The dining area has new windows. In the en suite bath, the Whirlpool tub has been removed and replaced with an enlarged shower, and also has a new vanity, quartz countertop, updated lighting, faucet, and mirror, and LVT flooring.

Daisy Duck is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. ONE Small dog under 30lbs, NO CATS allowed.
